Rate Setting and Management
- We do extensive market research to dynamically price your rental to generate bookings, while making sure not to underprice, so you are making the most revenue possible.
We regularly review pricing on each of our properties to ensure its pricing reflects the ever-changing market.
Guest Inquiries and Bookings
- We personally respond to each guest inquiry that we receive for your property, instead of using an automated answering system, so we can ensure each question is answered quickly and accurately.
When guests do book with us we handle collecting payments and sending out booking confirmations and pre-arrival details, so they have a hassle free, relaxing vacation
If guests have any questions or emergencies while they are staying with us we are available 24/7 by phone or email to assist them.
- We inspect your property between each check out and check in to ensure nothing has been damaged. When an issue does require maintenance we immediately schedule one of our affordable vendors to repair the issue
- If there is a major issue that cannot be repaired for under $500 we will reach out to you first to obtain approval to proceed with repairs, unless we cannot reach you and the revenue lost would be greater than the cost of the repair.
- We change air filters, smoke alarm batteries, and the batteries in our digital door locks on a regular basis.
- We handle scheduling housekeeping after each guest check out. We also inspect after each clean to guarantee a fantastic clean quality.
We have several teams of professional housekeepers we work with. We make sure the same housekeepers are cleaning the same properties each time to help maintain excellent clean quality.
